Fund Manager & CEO
John Tayeb brings over 30 years of experience across multiple real estate market cycles, with a career track record of executing more than 500 transactions across residential and multifamily assets.
As Fund Manager, John is responsible for investment strategy, capital allocation decisions, acquisition approvals, and overall execution oversight. He serves as the sole General Partner of the Fund and maintains final decision authority across all investment activities.
Gregory Whilby
Chief Operating Officer
Oversees operational execution and accountability.
Gregory Whilby brings over 20 years of experience overseeing real estate operations, construction coordination, and organizational systems across residential and mixed-use portfolios.
In his role with the Fund, Greg supports operational execution and accountability across acquisitions, renovations, and asset operations, contributing to efficient deployment and long-term asset stability.

Francene Iaizzo brings more than 25 years of experience in municipal operations, zoning, and local regulatory processes.
In her role with the Fund, Francene supports sourcing, underwriting coordination, and acquisition execution, with emphasis on off-market opportunities and jurisdiction-specific diligence.

Manages renovation execution and cost control.
Yoni Kaufman brings over a decade of experience as a licensed general contractor and project manager overseeing multifamily renovations.
In his role with the Fund, Yoni supports renovation planning, execution, and capital expenditure controls, helping protect investor equity during repositioning phases.
