John Tayeb brings over 30 years of experience across multiple real estate market cycles, with a career track record of executing more than 500 transactions across residential and multifamily assets.
As Fund Manager, John is responsible for investment strategy, capital allocation decisions, acquisition approvals, and overall execution oversight. He serves as the sole General Partner of the Fund and maintains final decision authority across all investment activities.

Gregory Whilby brings over 20 years of experience overseeing real estate operations, construction coordination, and organizational systems across residential and mixed-use portfolios.
